Inspired by one of the most beloved characters in modern pop culture, Stitch represents individuality, loyalty, curiosity, and the importance of finding where you belong.
Known for his cheeky personality and big heart, Stitch reminds us that family, connection, and acceptance are at the centre of who we are. His story reflects the value of whānau and the idea that everyone deserves a place where they are understood and valued.
Traditional koru patterns are woven throughout the artwork, symbolising connection, growth, and the journey of finding your place in the world. These elements complement Stitch's playful spirit, reflecting the bonds of whānau, identity, and the relationships that help shape who we become.
This fusion artwork blends contemporary pop culture with Māori artistic expression, bringing together Stitch's mischievous energy with TP Illustration and Design's distinctive style.
