Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Wait Time
Commissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is usually a 2–3 week wait before new projects begin.​

2. Deposit & Payment
A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.Work begins once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before final files or artwork are released.

​3. Pricing & Quotes
Quotes are based on project scope, detail, and time, and are valid for 30 days. Extra work or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs.

​4. Revisions & Approval
Each commission includes 4 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions are charged at an hourly rate. Once the final design is approved, no further changes can be made.

5. Usage Rights
Artwork is for personal or agreed project use only.  Copyright remains with the artist unless transferred in writing.

​6. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.If you cancel after work has begun, you may be charged for time spent. If for any reason I can’t complete the commission, a refund will be arranged.​

7. Communication
You’ll receive regular progress updates. Please reply to feedback promptly to help keep your project on track.

8. Final Note
