He is the source of the winds, rain, and celestial bodies, watching over his children from above. His strength is found in patience, perspective, and balance, providing the space and conditions for life, growth, and connection to flourish.
This artwork honours Ranginui through bold form and strong intent, grounded in whakapapa and MÄori identity. The design reflects the relationship between the heavens and the whenua, acknowledging the balance and connection that exists between all things.
